Art Director

Wendell Dalit is an art director at Sony Pictures Animation.

Most recently, Dalit served as a visual development on the Academy Award®-nominated “Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse.” 

Dalit also served as the art director on “Vivo,” Sony Pictures Animation's first-ever animated musical, featuring all new songs from Lin-Manuel Miranda. In his role, he helped oversee the film’s design, look development, and surfacing.

Dalit joined Sony Pictures Animation in 2014, and has since served as a visual development artist on several features including most recently the Academy Award® winner “Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse,” as well as “Smurfs: The Lost Village” and “The Emoji Movie.”

Dalit was born in Manila, Philippines and was raised in San Jose, California, where he went on to study Illustration at San Jose State University. He currently resides in Los Angeles with his dog Piper.
