Lisa Stewart is producing Sony Pictures Animation’s original animated musical “Vivo,” which features brand new songs from Lin-Manuel Miranda, the creative force behind the Broadway smash “Hamilton."

Prior to joining Sony Pictures Animation in October 2016, Lisa was a film producer at DreamWorks Animation Studios for “Turbo,” “Madly Madagascar,” and “Monsters vs. Aliens.” She also served as executive producer on Twentieth Century Fox’s “This Means War.”

Lisa graduated from Stanford University and then began her career in the film industry at Sony Pictures Entertainment in 1995 as an associate producer for Academy Award®-nominated “Jerry Maguire.” In 1997, she became senior vice president of Vinyl Films and went on to serve as co-producer of “Almost Famous.” In addition, she was the executive producer for “Divine Secrets of the Ya-Ya Sisterhood,” producer for “I Think I Love My Wife,” and co-producer for “Herbie Fully Loaded.”
